• RESERVATIONS -to better serve all our guests, we require reservations with at least 24 hours notice
• CHECK IN - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• CHECK OUT -11:00 AM
• CANCELLATIONS -you may cancel up to 7 days in advance of your booking without penalty, after which a one-night charge per room will be applied
• NO SMOKING PLEASE -we respectfully request that you not smoke in the home. 
• CHILDREN -Are welcome
• NO PETS PLEASE
• COMMON ROOMS -common areas are reserved exclusively for our guests only
• INTERNET -free wireless internet access is provided
